OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 6, 2002, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased, effective April 12, 2000, to amend Order in Council 2000-184 dated April 12, 2000, by repealing paragraph (

c) and substituting the following paragraph: (

c) confirm that Dennis Cochrane is not an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
