OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 5, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) lease for a five (5) year term, which shall automatically renew in intervals of five (5) years on the same terms and conditions, unless terminated on the anniversary date by either Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, or Clemm Erik Larsen, their respective heirs, executors, successors, or assigns, at a cost of $1.00 per term, a parcel of land located at Wards Brook, Cumberland County, containing 0.5¦ hectares and shown outlined in bold line on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Clemm Erik Larsen, his heirs, executors, successors, or assigns; subject to the condition that Clemm Erik Larsen, his heirs, executors, successors, or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
