An Act to Amend the Medical Services Payment Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le paiement des services médicaux Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section 2.01 of the Medical Services Payment Act,

chapter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended L’article 2.01 de la

Loi sur le paiement des services médicaux,

chapitre M-7 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out the comma at the end of the paragraph and substituting a comma followed by “or”;

a) à l’alinéa a), par la suppression de la virgule à la fin de l’alinéa et son remplacement par une virgule suivie de « ou »; (

b) in paragraph (

b) by striking out “, or” at the end of the paragraph and substituting a period;

b) à l’alinéa b), par la suppression de « , ou » à la fin de l’alinéa et son remplacement par un point; (

c) by repealing paragraph (c).

c) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa c). 2 Paragraph 12(

c) of the English version of the Act is amended by striking out “or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon” and sub- stituting “or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon”. 2 L’alinéa 12(

c) de la version anglaise de la Loi est modifié par la suppression de « or an oral and maxillo- facial surgeon or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon » et son remplacement par « or an oral and maxillofacial sur- geon ». 1
