OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 23, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Erna May Hines as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2002-19 dated January 18, 2002; and (
b) appoint Erna May Smith of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire January 31, 2007.
