Statute: Maritime Provicnes Harness Racing Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, and pursuant to clause 3(1)(

g) of

Chapter 8 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1993, the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2003-66 dated February 21, 2003, which Order assigned supervision of the administration of the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act to the Honourable Gordon D. Balser; and (

b) charge the administration of the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act to the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act.
