CHAPTER

An Act to amend The

Interpretation Act [Assented to March 18, 1958] Rev. Stat. c.1,

section amended Paragraph of subsection (1) of

section of The

Interpretation Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “police magistrate”, “provincial magistrate” “21 ‘ police magistrate’ or ‘provincial magistrate’ means a provincial magistrate appointed, or pursuant to statutory provision in that behalf deemed to have been appointed, under The Provincial Magistrates Act”. 1958, c.56, s.1.
