OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated May 6, 2026, and pursuant to subsection 35(2) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to Connie Jennex, the sum of Nineteen Thousand, Nine Hundred and Eighty Six Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($19,986.15), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being her entitlement to the Estate of the late Scott Bernard Whitty, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from October 29, 2024 to the date of payment.
