Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 857/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point on the northeast boundary of

Hare

Bay

, that point being midway between the

United

Church

and Anglican Church cemeteries, in the centre line of the south access road to

Dover

Then running south 30 east a distance of 825 metres, more or less, to a point in the northern shoreline of Hare Bay;

Then running east along the northern shoreline of

Hare

Bay

and north along the western shoreline of

Shoal

Bay

to the most western point in

Butler

's Cove;

Then running in a generally northeasterly, westerly and northwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of the headland jutting into Lockers Bay to a point in the centre of the bridge spanning the mouth of the brook which empties into the northwest arm of Lockers Bay;

Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the centre line of the main highway to a point located a distance of 150 metres, more or less, south of the centre line of the north access road to Dover;

Then running south 30 east a distance of 300 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
