OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated October 28, 1999, pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, each for a term of office commencing July 1, 1999, and ending on the date set out opposite: Name Term Ending Fred MacGillivray of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality June 30, 2002 Sandra MacLennan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality June 30, 2002 Gail Rudderham Chernin of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality June 30, 2001 (
