B.C. Reg. 158/2002, deposited June 27, 2002, pursuant to the BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2002, [section 32]. Order in Council 517/2002, approved and ordered June 26, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following provisions of the

Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2002 are brought into force:

(

a) sections 3, 5 (

c) and 7 to 11;

(

b) the part of

section 12 that strikes out Forest Renewal BC, New Forest Opportunities Ltd. and the Office of the Jobs and Timber Accord Advocate as a public body;

(

c) sections 16, 28 and 29. — M. de JONG, Minister of

Forests ; C. CLARK, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
