OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 15, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 14 of

Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, and

Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2002, the House of Assembly Act (amended) and the Elections Act (amended), is pleased to amend Order in Council 2003-160 dated April 10, 2003, respecting the appointment of returning officers for electoral districts in the province, by striking out "Stillwater Lake, Hants County" following the name "James Feetham" and substituting "Stillwater Lake, Halifax County".
