Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: \x09(a)\x09purchase lands located near Indian Fields, Shelburne County, containing 113+ hectares (278+ acres) and shown outlined in boldline on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from MacKay Lakes Logging Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns for $1062.00 per hectare, the purchase price not to exceed $120,000.00, to be held as recreational Crown land, subject to the condition that MacKay Lakes Logging Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and \x09(b)\x09execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
