Order in Council 1626/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1665/2013, dated the 20 th day of November 2013, Garth Alton Harcourt Pierce was reappointed as a member of the City of Owen Sound Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from November 17, 2013, and his appointment will soon expire;

AND

WHEREAS Garth Alton Harcourt Pierce has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the City of Owen Sound Police Services Board;

THEREFORE pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Garth Alton Harcourt Pierce is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of Owen Sound Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from November 17, 2016.
