ALBERTA MILK PLAN MINIMUM PRICE FOR

SUB-CLASS 1A MILK ORDER

Made by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board on September 30, 2003

pursuant to

section 5(4) of the Alberta Milk Plan Regulation.

1 The minimum price for sub-class 1a milk to be paid by processors for a

hectolitre of sub-class 1a milk is $69.11.

2 The Alberta Milk Plan Minimum Price for Sub-class 1a Milk Order (AR

282/2003) is repealed.

3 This Order comes into force on October 16, 2003.
