2004 c. 57 FILM EMPLOYMENT TAX CREDIT

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Film Employment Tax Credit Act (Assented to November 30, 2004) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Film Employment Tax Credit Amendment Act, 2004. S.S. 1998, c.F-13.11 amended The Film Employment Tax Credit Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 6(3) is repealed and the following substituted: “

(3) A corporation must apply to register a production pursuant to this

section within the prescribed period”.

Section amended Subsection 13(1) is amended: (

a) in the portion preceding clause (

a) by striking out “ period set by the minister” and substituting “prescribed period”; and (

b) by adding “ and” after clause (d).

Section amended The following clause is added after clause 24(1)(i.1): “(i.2) prescribing the periods for the purposes of subsections 6(3) and 13(1)”.
