OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 27, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Erma C. Algee, made pursuant to Order in Council 89-341 dated March 28, 1989, while employed with the Department of Attorney General; and (
b) appoint Erma C. Algee of Coldbrook, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while acting as an administrative justice of the peace and in any event to expire March 31, 2007.
