OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated November 23, 2005, pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 312 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Notaries and Commissioners Act, is pleased to appoint Judy Streatch, MLA for Chester-St. Margarets, as a commissioner of oaths for life, on good behaviour, effective on and after December 15, 2005.
