On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Column II of Item 4 in Table 1 to

Schedule 3 of the Contaminated Sites Regulation, B.C. Reg. 375/96, is amended by striking out "100" and substituting "1 000".
