On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1648/2015 dated November 25, 2015 that reappointed and redesignated

Donna Segal of Kingston

as a part-time member and part-time Chair of the South East Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked, effective June 26, 2017.
