OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act, dated May 30, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 7(3) of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint Kenneth E. MacAulay of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a three year term commencing June 19, 2007; and (
b) determine remuneration as a member at $200 per one-half day, plus expenses commencing June 19, 2007.
