OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated January 12, 2019, pursuant to subsection 77(1) of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Community Colleges Act and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Nova Scotia Community College to sell or otherwise dispose of notes, bonds, debentures or other securities for such sums and at such prices that the College considers expedient for the purpose of constructing capital projects on the Centre of Geographic Sciences, the Institute of Technology Campus and the Strait Area Campus of the Nova Scotia Community College; (

b) authorize Nova Scotia Community College entering into a net debt obligation resulting from construction of capital projects at the Centre of Geographic Sciences, the Institute of Technology Campus and the Strait Area Campus of the Nova Scotia Community College.
