OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 29, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 44.1 of
Chapter Y-1 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Young Offenders Act, is pleased to re-designate Sharon Moyer & Associates as persons who may have access, commencing November 1, 2002, to March 31, 2003, to records kept pursuant to Sections 40 to 43 of the Young Offenders Act including police, youth court, youth custody facilities and youth probation records for the fiscal year 1999-2000.
