OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated October 15, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of
Chapter 71 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Collective Bargaining Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Bruce P. Archibald Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member and designate him as the Chair of the Civil Service Employee Relations Board for a term of office of three years, commencing November 1, 2007, and to determine his remuneration at the rate of $10,000 per annum and, in addition, $150.00 per day while sitting as a board member at a hearing, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
b) reappoint John Plowman, of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Civil Service Employee Relations Board for a term of office of three years, commencing November 1, 2007, and to determine his remuneration at the rate of $2,000 per annum and, in addition, $150.00 per day while sitting as a board member at a hearing, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; and (
c) appoint Greg Blanchard, of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Civil Service Employee Relations Board for a term of office of three years, commencing November 6, 2007 and expiring October 31, 2010, and to determine his remuneration at the rate of $2,000 per annum and, in addition, $150.00 per day while sitting as a board member at a hearing, plus actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
