Order in Council 1198/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Anne Neary of Thornbury, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective August 17, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.

[Ms. Neary’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 1609/2017 expires August 16, 2020].
