OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 19, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 82 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting violence in the workplace in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2008, except Sections 1 to 6 which are effective on and after October 1, 2007.
