Statute: Motor Vehicle Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 17, 2006, and pursuant to subsection 302(1) of

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased, effective on and after November 10, 2006, to (

a) repeal the regulations respecting registration fees for Consul General, Consul and United Kingdom Trade Commissioner vehicles, N.S. Reg. 188/86, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 86-887 dated July 22, 1986; and (

b) make new regulations respecting fees for owner's permits and driver's licenses for foreign government employees and vehicles in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
