OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated January 24, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Agriculture signing the Federal/Provincial Agreement with respect to the 2007-2011 Contribution Agreement for the Orchards and Vineyards Transition Program Between Canada and Nova Scotia substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and such amendments as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
