OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 5, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada for funding to support the ongoing surveillance of chronic diseases in Nova Scotia, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after March 28, 2013.
