OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 22, 2001, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the transfer of administration and control of three parcels of Crown land at Eskasoni, Cape Breton County; East Port L'Hebert, Queens County; and Bay St. Lawrence, Victoria County, containing a total area of approximately 45 acres and shown outlined in red on Schedules "A", "B" and "C" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, for the nominal consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
