Order in Council 1142/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christopher Scotchmer was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 22, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 285/2024;

And

whereas Christopher Scotchmer was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective January 16, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 17/2025;

And

whereas Christopher Scotchmer tendered his resignation effective April 8, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Orders in Council O.C. 285/2024 and 17/2025 be revoked effective April 8, 2025.
