The College o f Physicians and Surgeons of Onta rio is required to calculate the ratio of family practitioners to patients in Ontario each year. This ratio is compared to the targ et ratio for that year as set ou t in the Bill. If the target ratio is not met, then all members of the Executive Council will have their salaries reduced by 10 pe r cent. L’Ordre des médecins et chirurgiens de l’Ontario est tenu de calculer le rapport entre médecins de famille et patients en Onta- rio chaque année, lequel est ensuite comparé au rapport cible pour l’année comme l’énonce le projet de loi. Si ce rapport cible n’est pas atteint, tous les me mbres du Conseil exécutif verront alors leur traitement diminué de 10 pour cent.
