On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Inspectors Authorization Regulation, B.C. Reg. 372/92, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Section 3 of the Inspectors Authorization Regulation, B.C. Reg. 372/92, is amended by striking out " Supervisor of Driving School Inspectors and Driving School Inspectors " and substituting " a Driver Training Investigator or as a Manager of Driver Training Investigators ".

Schedule 2

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended in column 1 of item 6

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " a Driving School Inspector " and substituting " a Driver Training Investigator ", and

(

b) in paragraph (

b) by striking out " a supervisor of Driving School Inspectors " and substituting " a Manager of Driver Training Investigators ".
