Order in Council 635/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Paul Dolinar was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective August 10, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1122/2023;

And

whereas Paul Dolinar tendered his resignation effective February 28, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1122/2023 be revoked effective February 28, 2024.
