OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated January 19, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Tripartite Funding Agreement with Canada and the Mi’kmaw Legal Support Network, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such minor modifications as the Attorney General and Minister of Justice determines are necessary.
