OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 15, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 33 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2000, the Health Authorities Act, and pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister of Health entering into an agreement with the Capital District Health Authority to allow the Authority to carry capital debt in respect of equipment leases, effective on and after July 20, 2007.
