Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to appoint Ian Blenkharn of Cambridge, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a term of office of three years commencing April 14, 2000, and ending April 13, 2003.
