OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated July 31, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands, 25 Hankard Street and 27 Hankard Street, at or near Sydney. County of Cape Breton, more particularly described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the two (2) parcels of surplus land referred to in paragraph (

a) to Harbourside Commercial Park Inc., a Nova Scotia Limited Company, having its registered office in Halifax, County of Halifax, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
