OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 13, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) approve the acquisition of 20 metre wide rights of way over lands of J. D. Irving, Limited, their trustees, approved successors and assigns located in Digby County and shown in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this report and recommendation, subject to the condition that title to the lands of J. D. Irving, Limited, their trustees, approved successors and assigns can be certified in a manner deemed sufficient to the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
