, I designate the area generally known as the Ranger Bight Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0443,

for the Town of Makkovik as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Torngat Mountains abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 357 942 metres and northing 6 104 374 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 465 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting

358 120 metres and northing 6 104 803 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 885 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting

358 933 metres and northing 6 104 455 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 1664 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting

360 596 metres and northing 6 104 375 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 445 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1701 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting
