SCHEDULE That, effective March 2001, the Fee

Schedule appended to the Bylaws of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia be amended by the deletion of: Effective March 2000, the following registration fees are payable to the College in accordance with these bylaws: Pharmacist (for a term of one year or for renewal of registration for a term of one year, this fee to apply to the first five one-year terms of registration) $525 Pharmacist (for a term of one year or for renewal of registration for a term of one year, this fee to apply to terms of registration after the first five one-year terms of registration) $475 Community pharmacy (for a term of one year or for renewal of licensure for a term of one year) $750 Hospital pharmacy (for a term of one year or for renewal of licensure for a term of one year) $750 Hospital pharmacy satellite (for a term of one year or for renewal of licensure for a term of one year) $750 And the addition of: Effective March 2001, the following registration fees are payable to the College in accordance with these bylaws: Pharmacist (for a term of one year or for renewal of registration for a term of one year, this fee to apply to the first five one-year terms of registration) $540 Pharmacist (for a term of one year or for renewal of registration for a term of one year, this fee to apply to terms of registration after the first five one-year terms of registration) $490 Community pharmacy (for a term of one year or for renewal of licensure for a term of one year) $800 Hospital pharmacy (for a term of one year or for renewal of licensure for a term of one year) $800 1lospital pharmacy satellite (for a term of one year or for renewal of licensure for a term of one year) $800 oteu- 15/It A: Resolution Submission (Bylaws). 8 December 2000.doc Resolution of the Council of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia ("the Council"), made at Vancouver, British Columbia, the I day of December 2000.
