Order in Council 1472/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Michel Schofield of Etobicoke be reappointed as a part-time Physician member of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of six months, effective November 4, 2020.
