OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Provincial Secretary dated August 12, 2009, and pursuant to Subsection 2(1) of
Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2007, the Medal of Bravery Act, is pleased, effective on and after November 17, 2009, to issue a Nova Scotia Medal of Bravery to Mr. Douglas Baird, Ms. Claire Joyce Collier and Mr. William Smith.
