Short title This Act may be cited as The Tabling of Documents (Postponement) Act, 1973. 1973-74, c.109, s.1.

Tabling of documents Every provision in any Act, pursuant to which an order, regulation, bylaw, rule, schedule, contract, report, return or statement, or a copy thereof, or an amendment thereto, or a copy of an amendment thereto, or any other document is required to be laid before or submitted to the Legislative Assembly after the commencement of the present session is hereby suspended in operation and shall be deemed to require that the order, regulation, bylaw, rule, schedule, contract, report, return or statement, or a copy thereof, or an amendment thereto, or a copy of an amendment thereto, or any other document shall be laid before or submitted to the Legislative Assembly at any time during the present session. 1973-74, c.109, s.2.

Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and shall be deemed to have been in force on and from the fourteenth day of December, 1973. 1973-74, c.109, s.3. 1973-74
