Order in Council 327/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas the Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board was continued as a police service board under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 on April 1, 2024,

therefore , pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 ,

Walter J. Perchal of Sharon

be further reappointed as a part-time member of the Regional Municipality of York Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed one year, effective from the later of March 23, 2025, and the date this Order in Council is made.
