B.C. Reg. 133/2013 , deposited March 21, 2013, pursuant to the ENVIRONMENT AND LAND USE ACT [section 7] and the PROTECTED AREAS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA AMENDMENT ACT, 2013 [section 8]. Order in Council 176/2013, approved and ordered March 21, 2013.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) section 5 of the Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2013 is brought into force, and

(

b) on the coming into force of

section 5 of the Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2013 , the attached Denman Island Protected Area Order is made.

[Please note that the Denman Island Protected Area Order is not published here since it is not a regulation.]
