B.C. Reg. 270/2004, deposited June 18, 2004, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 6 (5)]. Order in Council 633/2004, approved and ordered June 17, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Fee for a True Copy of the Assessment Notice, B.C. Reg. 61/81, is repealed and the following regulation is made:
FEE FOR COPY OF INFORMATION
IN THE CURRENT ASSESSMENT NOTICE REGULATION
Fee for copy of notice
1 The fee, referred to in
section 6 (5) of the
Assessment Act , for a copy of the information contained in the current assessment notice is $6 per parcel of land referred to in the assessment notice.
