OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 1, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective October 4, 2022, to confirm approval for the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into two agreements amending a contribution agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada concerning the Safe Voluntary Isolation Sites Program, in the form set forth in

Schedule “B” and

Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and to approve the Minister entering into a third amending agreement to increase funding for the Safe Voluntary Isolation Sites Program, in the form set forth in

Schedule “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
