OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Mines dated July 11, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to amend the Renewable Electricity Regulations , N.S. Reg. 155/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-381 dated October 12, 2010, to allow for developmental tidal arrays to include devices with a nameplate capacity of 0.5 MW or less if approved by the Minister of Energy and Mines, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 14, 2018.
