OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, and pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2002-286 dated June 17, 2002, which Order established the Department of Energy, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2002-590 dated December 19, 2002, which Order appointed the Honourable Ernest Fage as Minister of Energy; and (

b) appoint the Honourable Cecil P. Clarke, a Member of the Executive Council, to be Minister of Energy.
