Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Big Black Duck Pond Protected Water Supply Area for the Community of Seal Cove,

Fortune

Bay

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 573000 metres east, 5266000 metres north, 140 30' for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 131 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 207 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 200 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 175 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 231 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 260 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 15 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 56 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 319 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 41 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 17 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 358 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the point of commencement.
